Do you offer different sizes for the hoodie?
One size fits all.
This is equivalent to a regular women's size L.
It has a relaxed silhouette, so you can use your usual size as a guide.
Can I wash it at home?
Yes, you can wash it at home.
If you are using a washing machine, use the "hand wash", "delicate" or "dry" mode and place the item in a laundry net to ensure it lasts a long time. Avoid using a dryer as the fabric may stretch.
Can I return or exchange the product?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been completed. Please check the size and color before purchasing.
We carefully inspect all products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a shipping error, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is defective, we will accept a return or exchange.
When will my product arrive?
Except for pre-ordered items, your order will be delivered within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is complete. *If you have not received your order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
How much is the shipping fee?
The nationwide flat rate is 700 yen (770 yen including tax).
In addition, shipping is free for orders over 20,000 yen (tax included) per delivery address.
